That the Economic Development, Tourism and Planning Committee, having considered Report 2021-117 ‘Hamilton Official Plan Amendment No. 11 – Baltimore Servicing’, recommend that County Council approve Amendment No. 11 to the Hamilton Township Official Plan; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council direct staff to provide notice to the Township of Hamilton and all prescribed persons in accordance with the Planning Act.”
