“That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2021- 184 ‘Term of Office of County Warden’ recommend that County Council approve extending the Warden’s Term of Office to a two-year period with no term restrictions, commencing in December 2022; and Further That the Committee recommend that Council maintain the term of office for the Deputy Warden at one-year; and Further That the Committee recommend that Council direct staff to bring forward a revised Council Procedural By-Law for enactment in the fall of 2022."

“That the Corporate Support Committee receive Report 2021-185, ‘2022 Draft Calendar – Standing Committees and Council Meetings’, for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council review the attached ‘2022 Draft Northumberland County Calendar’ at its November 17th meeting and adopt the Calendar at its December 15th meeting.”

“That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2021- 186, ‘Revisions to Standing Committees’ Terms of Reference’, recommend that County Council adopt the staff revisions for the Committee Terms of Reference (generic document) as presented; and Further That the Standing Committees recommend that Council reach a consensus at the November 17th Council meeting regarding the Terms of Reference revisions put forward for consideration by Council Members and staff; and Further That the Standing Committees recommend that Council amend Procedural By-law 2020-60 if required, to incorporate the revisions, for enactment at a future Council meeting.”
