Crate " That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed the correspondence from the District of the Municipality of Muskoka regarding 'Annual Emergency Exercise Exemption', receive it for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that Council receive it for information."

That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed Report 2022-096, ‘Appoint Deputy Clerk for the Corporation of the County of Northumberland’, recommend that Council enact a by-law to appoint Cheryl Sanders as Deputy Clerk, at the July 20, 2022 County Council Meeting.”

That the Corporate Support Committee receive Report 2022-097 ‘Grant Activity Biannual Report - July 2022’ for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information.”

Crate “ That the Corporate Support Committee recommend that County Council adopt the recommended edits to the Procedural By-law, specifically regarding Electronic Participation, Hybrid Meetings and general clarifications, as outlined in Report 2022-098; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council repeal By-law 2020-60 and enact a new Procedural By-law at the July 20, 2022 Council meeting.”

Crate " That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2022-102 ‘Northumberland County Managed Services Review’, and having reviewed the material provided by StrategyCorp Inc., direct staff to arrange for StrategyCorp staff to provide a detailed review of their findings at the July 20, 2022 Council meeting; and Further That the Committee recommend that Council proceed with the implementation of the recommendations as outlined in the StrategyCorp Inc. report, with any recommendations having a financial impact to be considered as part of future budget processes.”

Crate " Whereas Northumberland County's Annual Financial Report is an important tool for reinforcing public confidence and trust in local government, demonstrating the County's commitment to transparency and accountability; and Whereas the 2021 Annual Financial Report details strong financial management practices and careful administration of taxpayer dollars as Northumberland County Council and staff strive to deliver value to the community through municipal programs and services; Now Therefore Be It Resolved That the Corporate Support Committee recommends that County Council receive the 2021 Annual Financial Report for information."

That the Corporate Support Committee receive the Minutes from the May 12th and May 26th, 2022 meetings of the Northumberland Accessibility Advisory Committee, for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the meetings' minutes."

Crate " That this Committee proceed with the next portion of the meeting being closed to the public at 9:35 a.m.; and Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act , Section 239.(2.b), regarding personal matters about identifiable individuals relating to the 'Managed Services Review' report from StrategyCorp; and Further That Jennifer Moore, Lisa Ainsworth, Kate Campbell, Maddison Ellis, Cheryl Sanders, and Nancy MacDonald remain present."
