“That the Social Services Committee, having considered Report 2021-189 ‘Revisions to Standing Committees’ Terms of Reference’, recommend that County Council adopt the staff revisions for the Committee Terms of Reference (generic document) as presented; and Further That the Standing Committees recommend that Council reach a consensus at the November 17th Council meeting regarding the Terms of Reference revisions put forward for consideration by Council Members and staff; and Further That the Standing Committees recommend that Council amend Procedural By-law 2020-60 if required, to incorporate the revisions, for enactment at a future Council meeting.”
