“That the Economic Development, Tourism and Land Use Planning Committee, having considered the correspondence from Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative regarding '2024 Annual Report and Presentation', recommend that County Council approve the Northumberland County Warden to serve as the Northumberland County representative to the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative and direct staff to submit a membership application."

"That the Economic Development, Tourism, and Land Use Planning Committee receive the Quarter 3, 2025 Financial Analysis for the Economic Development, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives Department for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the Quarter 3, 2025 Financial Analysis for information."

“That the Economic Development, Tourism and Land Use Planning Committee receive Report 2025-218 ‘Planning, Economic Development & Strategic Initiatives Department Quarter 3, 2025 Update’ for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information.”

“That the Economic Development, Tourism and Land Use Planning Committee, having considered Report 2025-219 ‘Alnwick/Haldimand Plan of Subdivision D12-AH2301 (New Danforth)’, located on the north side of Old Danforth Road, east of Lyle Street South between County Road 2 and Old Danforth Road in the Hamlet of Grafton, recommend that County Council authorize staff to draft approve the subdivision following endorsement by Alnwick/Haldimand Township; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council direct staff to send notice of the draft approval and related conditions to all prescribed persons in accordance with the Planning Act.”
