"That the County Council Agenda for Wednesday, December 15, 2021 be approved, as amended, to consider Item 18(a) immediately following Item 11(b); specifically That Council consider the 2022 Budget Approval By-law immediately following the remarks from the MP and the MPP for Northumberland Peterborough-South."

"Whereas Section 233 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, provides for the election of head in a manner provided by resolution or by- law of Council passed prior to a municipal election; and Whereas the Northumberland County Procedural By-law 2020-60 provides for the election of a Warden; Be it Resolved That Council proceed with the election of a Warden for one year, commencing on the 15th day of December, 2021."
