Crate “ That the Community Health Committee, having considered Report 2022-018 ‘Pre-Budget Approval to Purchase Ambulances’ recommend that County Council approve utilizing the Paramedic reserve fund to offset the increased costs inclusive of the Health and Safety features of the three (3) pre-approved ambulances for 2022 delivery; and Further That the Committee recommend that Council grant pre-approval to order two (2) ambulances for the 2023 budget."

Crate " That the Community Health Committee recommend to County Council that Council direct staff to request that the Ministry of Health, and other Provincial Ministries, to consider that inflation, and other factors such as supply chain issues have a significant impact on annual budgets, and that pre-budget approvals need to be considered by municipal councils; and Further That the Provincial Ministries consider their future funding allocations to support municipalities given these inflationary challenges."
