“That the Economic Development, Tourism, and Land Use Planning Committee receive Report 2025-153 ‘Proposed Residential Units in Northumberland (2024)’ for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council direct staff to send a copy of Report 2025-153 to Northumberland County’s Member Municipalities for informational purposes and to share information regarding this matter on Northumberland County’s communication channels.”
