“That the Public Works Committee, having considered Report 081 ‘Award of RFQ 26-12 Leachate Loading and Haulage from Two (2) Landfill Sites” recommend that County Council awards RFQ 26-12 to Enviroland Services Inc., in the amount of $393,860 (inclusive of non-recoverable HST).”

“That the Public Works Committee, receive Report 2026-082 ‘RFSQ 25-37 Request for Supplier Qualifications for Professional Consultant Services Results’, for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the report for information.”

“That the Public Works Committee receive Report 2026-083 ‘RFQ 26-08 Trent River Bridge Rehabilitation (County Road 30 North)’, for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council authorize staff to use any savings realized from the total estimated project cost at project completion on other 2026 programs or to transfer any savings realized at project completion to the Public Works Capital Reserve to be used towards financing other 2026 programs or future years capital works projects.”
