"That the agenda for the May 7, 2025 Social Services Committee be approved."

“Whereas the Social Services Committee Terms of Reference states that delegations regarding an agenda item will be heard when that business item is dealt with, as set out in the agenda, or at a time as determined by a majority of the Committee Members; Now Therefore Be It Resolved That the Social Services Committee hear delegations regarding 310 Division Street, Cobourg under Item 5.a of the agenda.”

“That the Social Services Committee receive Report 2025-099 ‘310 Division Street, Cobourg - Data Update – May 2025’ for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information.”

“That the Social Services Committee receive Report 2025-100 ‘Town of Cobourg Emergency Care Establishment (ECE) Inspection Results for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information.”

“That the Social Services Committee, having considered Report 2025-101 ‘NCHC Annual General Meeting -May 28, 2025’, recommend that County Council authorize Jennifer Moore, Chief Administrative Officer to act on behalf of the Shareholder in the confirmation of the Corporation’s Directors at the Northumberland County Housing (NCHC) Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2025.”

“That the Social Services Committee, having considered Report 2025-102 ‘Northumberland Supportive Non-Profit Housing Corporation, recommend that County Council authorize Glenn Dees, Director, Health and Human Services to act on behalf of Northumberland County as sole member at the June 11, 2025 Northumberland Supportive Non-Profit Housing Corporation’s Annual General Meeting in the confirmation of the Corporation’s directors and financial statements and revised corporate by- laws.”
