That the Public Works Committee, having considered Report 2022-046 ‘Award of Tender 22-02-2022 Paving of Various County Roads’, receive the report for information, noting that the successful proponent is Drain Bros. Excavating Limited, at a price of $4,326,838.50 (including Provisionals) plus HST; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council award Tender No. 22-02 (2022 Paving of Various County Roads) to Drain Bros. Excavating Limited.”

That the Public Works Committee recommend that County Council proclaim April 1-30, 2022 as Dig Safe Month in Northumberland County, at the April 20, 2022 Council meeting."
