Corporate Support Committee Meeting

"That the agenda for the June 1, 2021 Corporate Support Committee be approved, as amended, to include an item in Closed Session regarding the County Forest and Snowmobile Use."

"That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed the May, 2021 'Periodic Report' from the County's Integrity Commissioner and Closed Meeting Investigator (Principles Integrity), recommends that County Council consider this as a separate item at the June 16, 2021 Council meeting; and Further That Jeff Abrams and/or Janice Atwood-Petkovski provide a summary of their report at the June 16, 2021 Council meeting, and address any questions from Council; and Further That the Committee recommends that County Council directs staff to consider updates to the Social Media Policy (Communications) and/or the 'Code of Conduct - Council' (Corporate Services) documents, in keeping with the guidance provided by the Integrity Commissioner within their 'Periodic Report'."

"That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed the Q1 Financial Analysis for the Communications department, recommends that County Council receive it for information."

"That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed the Q1 Financial Analysis for the Corporate Services department, recommends that County Council receive it for information."

"That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed the Q1 Financial Analysis for the Information Technology department, recommends that County Council receive it for information."

"That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed Report 2021-90 "Golden Plough Lodge and Northumberland County Archives and Museum Project Update', receives the Report for information, and Further That the Committee recommends that County Council receive this report for information."

“That the Corporate Services Committee, having considered Report 2021- 96, 'Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), recommends that County Council approve the 1.675% Non-Union Cost of Living Adjustment with the estimated cost of $180,220., as approved in the 2021 approved budget."

“That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2021- 97, ‘Flags, Community Flags, and Community Flagpole Policy’, recommends that County Council adopt the revised Policy; and Further That the revised Policy will include December 6 in the list of Special Days, in recognition of the 'National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women'.”

"That the Corporate Support Committee, having reviewed the minutes from the Northumberland Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting of April 8, 2021, recommends that County Council receive the minutes for information."

"That this Committee proceed with the next portion of the meeting being closed to the public at 10:12 a.m.; and Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act, Section 239.(2k) in order to address matters pertaining to the County Forest and snowmobile use, and involves instruction to be applied to negotiations
