That the agenda for the August 30, 2021 Public Works Committee be approved."

That the Public Works Committee receive the correspondence regarding the Thompson Bridge, that was included in the agenda package, for information; and Further That the Committee recommends that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

That having considered the correspondence from the Town of Plympton-Wyoming and the City of Kitchener regarding the 'Rising Costs of Building Materials', the Public Works Committee recommends that County Council support the two resolutions, and Further That Council direct staff to send a copy of this resolution to the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau (Prime Minister of Canada); Honourable Doug Ford (Premier of Ontario), Honourable Peter Bethlenfalvy (Minister of Finance), Honourable Victor Fedeli (Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade), Honourable Steve Clark (Minister of Municipal Affairs), and Honourable David Piccini and MP Philip Lawrence."

That the Public Works Committee receive Report 2021-140 ‘Golden Plough Lodge and Northumberland County Archives and Museum Redevelopment – Construction Update’ for information; and Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information.”

That the Public Works Committee having considered Report 2021-142 ‘Master Drainage Plan’, recommend that County Council receive and approve the Final Master Drainage Plan report for the Hamilton Unnamed 07 East Tributary.”

That the Public Works Committee receive the Minutes from the February 23rd and April 19th, 2021 Agriculture Advisory Group, for information; and Further That the Committee recommends that County Council receive these Minutes for information."
